Thanks for this post. I particularly appreciated the tip about communicating with your colleagues and clients in the way that they value. We are in the early stages of taking a product global. We know we will have to do our homework to learn the values of cultures that are quite different than ours. Your video is a great place to start. I just sent it to everyone on my team.

Great video Megan and wonderful to ‘see’ you. Some really good insights in to dealing with the multi-cultural workspace. I have forwarded to a couple of ex-pat friends.
I like the new video share that many online resources are now offering, if the groups are small enough going with video helps keep everyone on the same page (no e-mail checking for sure!) – just my toonies worth
