I was introduced to Craig McBreen due to someone passing along his amazing manifesto, The Art of Breaking Out. It is a quick read that is PACKED with insightful tidbits to help you to break out of routine and follow your dreams. I love Craig’s straightforward style and his tagline, ‘Design your way forward‘. After all, by communicating our personal brands we are moving our careers and lives forward. We are ‘breaking out’ from a commodified life and ‘standing out’ as brand you! In this video, Craig shares insight on what  you can do to make your personal brand irresistible by tapping into your tribal economy and being transparent. As Craig says “You can’t fake credibility forever, so be yourself and don’t follow someone else’s formula!”
